The landlady has a PhD in Physics and works from home as a tutor of maths, English and science. She has 16 years of hosting experience. There are easy and quick public transport links to the main university, UWE and the city centre. The distance to the university or city centre can easily be walked. All rooms are single occupancy only. 2 smaller rooms for £160 inc bills per week and two very large rooms inc bills for £175 per week. Available from May 2025.
